A two hour session with one of our instructors in our local pool where you we will help fine tune your:
- weighting
- buoyancy
- breathing
- your horizontal trim
- your fin kicking skills - primarily the frog kick
This is a semi-structured session where we can focus more or less on the components you most want to work on and you will have some independant time to practice as we move through each section.
As your weighting, and buoyancy challenges change depending on your equipment configuration, we suggest that you wear what you would be wearing during your diving - wetsuit, drysuit, bathing suit or birthday suit (just kidding).
The same goes for your diving cylinder. Aluminium 80's will trim out differently than various steel cylinders. Bring your own tank or we will do our best to put you in what you usually use.
Included in the price is:
- A briefing at the shop ahead of time
- A two hour session with the instructor
- A scuba cylinder OR a free top up of your own cylinder if you tank isn't filled.
