PADDLEBOARD FITNESS CLASSES

Spend two hours with our trainer for a morning paddleboard workout on Lake Wilcox. Sessions run from 9AM to 11AM so you'll have a great start to your day with plenty of time after for some guilt-free relaxation.

We have morning stand-up paddleboard lessons and paddleboard fitness classes all summer long. We offer private and group lessons as well as fitness classes. Choose from any of the sessions types below to register.

All of our sessions are all inclusive prices that include the instructor as well as paddleboard rental for the sessions.

You must be 15 years or older and paddleboards have a maximum weight limit of 300lbs / 136kg.
