Enjoy your morning out on the water of Lake Wilcox alone or with friends on a morning fitness workout with out paddleboard instructor. These Thursday morning classes are reserved for ladies only.
We have morning stand-up paddleboard lessons and paddleboard fitness classes all summer long. We offer private and group lessons as well as fitness classes. Choose from any of the sessions types below to register.
All of our sessions are all inclusive prices that include the instructor as well as paddleboard rental for the sessions.
You must be 15 years or older and paddleboards have a maximum weight limit of 300lbs / 136kg.
